We are a FULL service team that specializes in working with buyers. We will be able to help you

with all of your needs from finding your house, all the way through closing, and all the steps in between including contract negotiation and checkup. We are giving part of our commission back because with the internet so prevalent, most people already have an idea of what area they want to buy in and sometimes even the exact houses they are most interested in. So, the more you already know about your future home the less we have to do, which then results in more cash back for you (see "cash back programs" tab at the top of the page).
